June 12 in the early am, the girls and I will set out to Carlsbad Caverns. This is a long driving day, but we want to get to NM as quick as we can. Our plan is to stay there a day or two then head to Santa Fe. I have heard this is one of my stops that I need to stay for a few days.
Then up to Taos and off to the Indian Reservation that is close by. We will swing through Albuquerque and head to the Petrified Forest.
I have been rethinking the Grand Canyon part and am going to leave it up in the air, as I think we can do a big circe in NM and be just as happy visiting that state.
Allie, the lab, is getting stronger everyday. She had knee surgery last June and had some complications. But her PT exercises are making her stronger and leaner. She is not as sore as she use to be after an active day outside! Kasey is very excited that her sister is getting back to her ol' self. She has missed the playing catch me if you can with Allie.
